摘　　要：由PREMA公司的数字多用表构建自动测试系统时,需要通过自定义的PREMA特殊指令来实现GPIB总线接口程序控制。简要介绍了PREMA特殊指令基本情况,论述了GPIB总线测试系统的构成、程控过程以及软件设计方法,并以PREMA5017数字多用表为例构建测试系统,在LabWindows/CVI软件中利用虚拟仪器的VISA库函数,通过PREMA特殊命令进行GPIB总线控制,实现程控测量,提高了自动测试效率,并为同类仪器程控提供了良好的借鉴。When the automatic test system consists of the PREMA digital multimeter, the GPIB interface is controlled by the PREMA custom special instructions. The paper introduces briefly the PREMA special instructions and describes the configuration, the control process and the software design of GPIB test system. The automatic test system is built by the PREMAS017 digital multimeter. The PREMA special instructions control the GPIB interface by the VISA library functions in the LabWindows/CVI. It realizes the program-control measurement, increases test efficiency, and provides the valuable reference for the similar instruments.
