摘 要:上海中心大厦超大超深裙房基坑开挖面积大、开挖深度深,已接近承压水面,同时,主楼上部结构与裙房逆作同步施工,对施工控制提出很高要求。通过对承压水控制技术、全逆作"分区、对称、平衡"开挖技术、主楼与裙房同步施工组织方法和位于承压水层中各类逆作防水节点等的研究与总结,制定了一系列方法与措施,较好地解决了该类超大超深基坑全逆作施工问题。The excavation for the ultra large and deep foundation pit of Shanghai Tower's podium is large and deep and almost close to the confined water. Meanwhile, the superstructure and the podium of the main building has been constructed synchronously by the top-down method, which results in high requirement for the construction control. By means of the research and the summary of the confined water control technology, the "partition, symmetry, balance" top- down method excavation technology, the organization methods for synchronous construction of the main building and the podium, and all types of inverse waterproof nodes located in the confined water, a series of methods and measures have been set out so as to have a better solution to the excavation problems in such ultra deep and large foundation pit by the top-down construction method.
