摘  要:针对易发生故障的涡轮叶片-盘榫连接结构,构建了单侧接触面发生偏差的榫头、榫槽二维几何模型,通过有限元数值模拟,考察了不同单侧接触面偏差值的榫结构在工作状态下的非对称应力计算结果。对比不同算例显示,单侧榫齿型偏差会引起榫接触面不均载的发生,单侧榫齿接触面发生偏差0.01 mm时,应力峰值与理论齿型的设计状态相当,当偏差继续增大,应力峰值明显增大;且榫头喉部单侧应力集中加剧。研究工作得到了榫接结构齿形存在偏差时的应力分析结果,这对榫接结构榫齿工作面齿形公差设计有重要的指导意义。Aimed at the one-side manufacture deviation of the disk mortise appearing in one turbine rotor , the 2D tenon/mortise contact models were built .Using finite element method , the stress distribution was calculated to study the effect of one-side out-of-tolerance mortise profile on the contact stress .It shows that: one-side deviation of the disk mortise contact face will cause the non-symmetric load;when the offset value of one-side mortise profile is 0.01 mm, the maximum contact stress is approximate to the design value , while the maximum contact stress increased with the increasing the mortise profile offset value ;one-side deviation of the mortise contact face aggravates the stress concentration at the throat edge on the same side .The reaction of the manufacture deviation of tenon joint pro-file and the stress distribution was studied in the research , and will provide underpinnings for the tolerance band design of the tenon joint structure .
