摘  要:本文针对某型航空燃气轮机台架推转试车中整机振动故障现象进行详细测量并完成了时域、频域、三维谱阵分析。根据燃气轮机转子各振动故障的典型特征,对转子基频振动进行分析,并结合敲振频实验结果,判定了燃气轮机临界转速,认为临界转速峰值过大与转子初始不平衡有关;对燃气轮机倍频振动信号进行分析,认为燃气轮机3倍频振动与转子不对中有关,倍频"梳状"峰与转静子连接结构松动有关,所得出的结论对航空燃气轮机振动故障诊断有一定的参考价值。This paper discusses the measurement method for an aviation gas turbine vibration that exceeds the acceptance standards and the vibration signal was analyzed detailed using the vibration signal analysis methods , including time domain , frequency domain , and waterfall diagrams analysis methods .According to the typical characteristics of gas turbine rotor vibration fault , the rotor frequency vibration is analyzed with the vibration frequency experiment ,the critical speed is decided and the initial rotor unbalance is supposed to be the cause of the high peak;it is found that the respective possible causes of the triple-frequency vibration and the pectinate peak of harmonic vibration are rotor misalignment and structural loose connections .The conclusion should be of some reference value for the vibration fault diagnosis of the aviation gas turbine .
