摘 要:研究了集料对活性粉末混凝土(RPC)性能的影响,包括细集料的类型、颗粒级配,以及微集料(石英粉)颗粒级配对RPC抗折、抗压强度和流动性的影响。结果表明:剔除细集料中的粗颗粒后,通过优化颗粒级配,可以采用普通河砂代替石英砂或者标准砂作为配制RPC的细集料;选用325目石英粉作为微集料,采取蒸汽养护制度,可制备出抗压强度大于135MPa、抗折强度约为20MPa的活性粉末混凝土。Effect of aggregate on the performance of reactive powder concrete(RPC)was studied,it included the effect of the types and grain composition of fine aggregate,as well as the grain composition of micro-aggregate(quartz powder)on the tensile strength,compressive strength and fluidity of RPC.The results showed:after rej ecting the coarse particles of fine aggregate,it was feasible to use ordinary river sand to substitute quartz sand or standard sand as the fine aggregate of RPC through the optimization of grain composition;compressive strength of RPC exceeded 135 MPa,tensile strength reached about 20 MPa by using 325 mesh quartz powder as the micro-aggregate of RPC and steam curing regime.
