摘　　要：根据房地产投资风险评价指标构建原则,参考已有的研究成果,经过调查分析和研究,应用定性和定量相结合的方法建立城市商业综合体投资风险指标体系。首先运用专家咨询法确定投资风险的初级指标体系,并用专家打分法和灰色关联度对初级指标体系进行定性和定量筛选和确定,剔除与指标体系关系度较小的指标,从而得到最终的投资风险指标体系。The risk evaluation index system of urban commercial complex investment is established based on the principle of the real estate investment risk evaluation,existing research results,investigation and analytical research with qualitative and quantitative methods.The primary indicators of investment risk system firstly is determined with expert consultation.In order to determine the final investment risk indicators system and provide a reliable basis for risk assessment in the future,the primary indicators of investment risk system is screened with expert scoring and the grey correlation to remove the smaller relationship with the overall goal of the system.
