摘 要:随着区域电网联系的加强,传统的中长期输电网络规划方法和运行的可靠性已不能适应提高抵御电网事故风险的能力。利用伪动态规划思想处理规划上的多阶段问题,将混沌优化算法和人工鱼群算法相结合,充分发挥各自优点,并考虑N-1安全准则,不仅保证规划方案的最优还提高了规划效率,同时使电网更可靠地运行。对巴西南部46节点系统的计算结果表明,考虑N-1安全准则的规划方案具有更高的可靠性和适应性。With the enhancement of the interaction among regional power grids,the operational reliability and the requirement to overcome contingency risk in grid is boosting,and this problem cannot be tackled by are not meet the traditional planning methods.In this paper,the methodology of pseudo-dynamic programming has been utilized to address the multi-stage problem.Moreover,the synthesis of chaotic optimization algorithm with artificial fish school algorithm can fully take advantage of their strengths,and the further discussion of N-1 safety standard can ensure the optimal feature of the scheme,enhance the efficiency of planning,boost the operational reliability of grid.The numerical results of the 46-bus system in southern Brazil indicate that the proposed transmission network planning scheme brings about superior reliability and adaptability.
