仙鹤复方水提物抗肿瘤及辐射增敏研究

摘　　要：目的探讨仙鹤复方水提物对子宫颈癌Hela细胞的抗肿瘤和辐射增敏性能。方法建立细胞实验模型,将药物作用于Hela细胞。采用MTT法测定不同浓度仙鹤复方提取物对Hela细胞增值的抑制;并以克隆形成率法分析研究仙鹤复方对Hela细胞的放射增敏作用。结果仙鹤复方对Hela细胞的生长有显著的抑制性,且随药物浓度和用药时间的增大逐渐增加;仙鹤复方能有效提升Hela细胞的放射增敏性。结论仙鹤复方能有效的抑制子宫颈癌Hela的增殖,并能有效提升其放射增敏性。Objective To investigate the anti - tumor and radiosensitizing research of Xianhe compound. Methods Establish ceils experimental models, and Xianhe compound was given to Hela cells. Hela ceils proliferation inhibition by Xianhe compound was tested with MTT assay and radiosensitizing was tested with colony formation rate method. Results Xianhe compound could effectively inhibit the proliferation of Hela cells, and the inhibitory increased with the increase of Xianhe compound concentration and the administration time. Xianhe compound could effectively enhance the Hela cell radiosensitization. Conclusion Xianhe compound can effectively inhibit the proliferation of cervical caneer Hela, enhance radiosensitizing properties.
