摘　　要：目的探讨在《侵权责任法》下临床医生如何防范及处理医疗纠纷。方法运用《侵权责任法》的相关法规对医疗纠纷案例进行了分析。结果准确运用《侵权责任法》使两起医疗纠纷得到妥善处理。结论《侵权责任法》有助于医疗纠纷的合理解决,也对医疗机构及其医务人员的诊疗活动提出了更高要求。Objective To explore the clinician how to deal with medical disputes under the ＂Tort Liability Law＂. Methods In terms of relevant regulations of Tort Liability Law, the thesis analyzes two cases of medical dispute. Results Two medical disputes are properly handled. Conclusion Tort Liability Law can helps to settle the medical dispute reasonably and to bring forward higher requirements to the medical institutions and medical staff.
