中药配方颗粒零库存管理的实践研究

摘　　要：目的探讨医院药库药品零库存模式下药房管理方法。方法利用实达信息系统与药品ABC管理方法,对我院中药配方颗粒库房实行零库存管理。结果信息系统的完善保证了中药配方颗粒零库存管理的顺利实施;实行配方颗粒零库存管理提高了药品的周转率,资金的周转为10.65天,明显低于同行。结论零库存管理的实施,提高了药品采购效率和管理水平,提高了工作效率及资金的利用率。Objective To discuss the managed method of inventory under ＂zero inventory＂ model. Methods The Shida information system and ABC drug management were applied to implement zero - inventory management of TCM formula granule storehouse in our hospital. Results The information system to ensure the smooth implementation of the TCM formula granule of zero inventory management; implement the formula particles of zero inventory management can improve the quality of turnover, turnover is 10. 65 days, significantly lower than the peer. Conclusion The implementation of zero inventory management, improve procurement efficiency and the management level, improve the utilization efficiency and the rate of capital.
