自媒体时代公安机关对网络谣言的治理研究

摘　　要：微博的兴起标志着整个社会传播已经进入自媒体时代,信息传播的方式与传统媒体时代有着极大的区别,网络谣言也随之产生,这对政府部门尤其是公安机关预防和治理网络谣言提出了新要求。公安机关要加强宣传教育,加强技术和信息管理,完善公安微博,对网络谣言要依法予以打击。The rise of microblogs represents that the society has entered a we-network era,which reflects a great difference in information transmission from traditional media era.It is followed by net rumors,which puts forward new requirements for government sectors,especially public security bureau to prevent and govern net rumors.Public security bureau needs to enhance publicity and education,technique and information management,improve microblogs issued by public security bureau,and take strong measures against net rumors in accordance with the law.
