摘 要:针对螺杆钻具中较易发生失效的推力轴承组设计一种推力空心圆锥滚子轴承组结构。建立该轴承的有限元计算模型,确定合理的滚子空心结构,得到一种深穴空心圆锥滚子结构。研究空心度和轴向载荷对轴承力学性能的影响。结果表明:圆锥滚子宜采用等比空心结构,空心滚子端部存在应力集中现象;空心度越大,滚子内壁上和沿轴向的等效应力分布越不均匀,当空心度小于65%时,滚子的等效应力变化较小;轴向载荷越大,滚子两端的应力集中现象越严重。随着深穴深度和直径增大,滚子端部的应力逐渐减小,而中间部位的应力逐渐增大,此深穴结构可以有效地改善其端部的"边缘效应",避免轴承组过早发生疲劳失效。A hollow tapered roller thrust bearing was designed for solving the failure problem which often happens in the thrust bearing group of positive displacement motor(PDM).The finite element model of the bearing was established,and a reasonable hollow structure of the roller was selected through the analysis.Finally,a deep cavity hollow tapered roller was designed.The effects of hollow degree and axial load on the mechanical properties of the bearing were studied.The results show that equal ratio hollow structure is suitable for the tapered roller.The stress concentration phenomenon exists at both ends of the tapered roller.The greater the hollow degree,the more uneven the equivalent stress distribution along the axial direction and the inner wall of the roller becomes.The equivalent stress of the roller changes little when the hollow degrees are less than 65%.The bigger the axial load,the greater the stress concentration at the ends of the roller becomes.The analysis results show that with the increase of the cavity depth and cavity diameter,the stresses at the ends of the roller decrease,but the stresses of the middle part increase gradually.The cavity structure can improve the "edge effect" effectively,and avoid the premature fatigue failure at both ends.
