摘　　要：目的发明了酸性清洗复合灭菌消毒剂,用于医院对各类毛刷、玻璃试管、塑料试管架、搪瓷尿壶、陶瓷座便器等物品及传染病房器具的消毒。也可小包装用于家庭消毒牙刷及家有传染病人的物品,用后再清洗厕所便池。方法用带有盖子的塑料箱作为容器,将需要消毒的物品置于盐酸中浸泡,加入高锰酸钾,加入硫代硫酸钠静置。消毒液由浓度0.6 mol/L盐酸、高锰酸钾和硫代硫酸钠组成,优选的摩尔比为1:0.0315:0.064。结果该酸性清洗复合灭菌消毒剂集消毒、灭菌、漂白的功效于一体,清洗毛刷缝隙污垢效果好,且具备几重复合杀菌效果,使灭菌范围增加,杀灭病原体是单独消毒剂所不具备的。用后的消毒液还用于清洗医院公共便池,既能消毒,又能清洗干净尿垢等,可用做高效灭菌清厕剂。结论具有广谱、高效灭菌的酸性清洗复合灭菌消毒剂,可杀灭细菌、病毒、立克次氏体、衣原体、支原体、螺旋体、放线菌以及真菌、霉菌、寄生虫等。可根据用户的需要盐酸、高锰酸钾和硫代硫酸钠的量设计为三元包装的成品,该消毒剂价廉达到了经济环保。Objective To invented the acid cleaning compound sterilization disinfectant which for all kinds of brush, glass tube, plastic test tube rack, enamel urinal ceramics and implement the article such as infection wards utensils disinfection used in the hospital. Can also be small packaged for domestic disinfecting toothbrushes and home goods for infectious diseases and be used again after cleaning the toilet urinal.Methods Used a plastic box as a container with a lid, put in hydrochloric acid soakwhich need to be sterilized items , put the potassium permanganate, sodium thiosulfate . Disinfectant concentration by 0.6 mol/L of hydrochloric acid, potassium permanganate and sodium thiosulfate, optimization of molar ratio of 1-0. 0315：0.064. Results The acid cleaning of compound sterilization disinfection, sterilization, the effect of bleaching at one, cleaning brush aperture dirt effect is well, and have a few repeat sterilization effect, increase the sterilization scope, which is the separate disinfectant does not have . It can be used to to clean the hospital public urinals, also can sterilized, and can clean the urine scale, etc, as efficient sterilization clean toilet agent after be used. Conclusion Broad-spectrum, high efficient sterilization composite sterilization disinfectant, acid washing can kill bacteria, viruses, rickettsia, chlamydia, mycoplasma, helix, actinomyces and fungi, mold, parasites, etc. The amount of hydrochloric acid, potassium permanganate and sodium thiosulfate is designed for three method packaging of finished productln according to the needs of the user, This product is achieved economic and environmental
