济宁市部分医疗机构可回收一次性使用医疗用品经济效益调查分析

摘　　要：目的调查济宁市部分医疗机构可回收一次性使用医疗用品所产生的经济效益情况。方法本研究以济宁市市辖区内随机抽取的20家医疗机构为基础研究对象,其中三级医院2家,二级医疗机构10家,一级医疗机构8家,通过发放调查问卷,掌握各级各类医疗机构目前对可回收一次性使用医疗用品的管理现况。结果调查结果显示,三级医院月平均产生9600 kg,二级医院月平均产生2010 kg,一级医院月平均产生228.75 kg;平均床位日产量(kg)分别为:三级医院为0.107 kg、二级医院0.112 kg、一级医院0.076kg,全市平均床位日产量为0.097 kg;年均产生效益分别为:三级医院达576000元,二级医院达120600元,一级医院为13725元,年均为123390元。结论建立一条科学有效的可回收一次性使用医疗用品管理模式,可以减少环境污染,降低处置成本,增加经济效益。Objective To investigate the Jining City, part of the medical institutions use recyclable disposable medical supplies economic situation arising. Methods In this study, Jining City municipal districts of 20 randomly selected medical institutions based on the study, including three two hospitals, two medical institutions, 10, an eight medical institutions by issuing questionnaires to acquire all grade various medical institutions currently use to manage the status of recyclable disposable medical supplies.Results The survey showed that an average of three hospitals month 9600kg, two hospitals month average of 2010kg, a monthly average of hospitals 228.75kg; average beds per day （kg） were： three hospitals is 0.107 kg, two hospitals 0.112 kg, a hospital 0.076kg, the city＇s average daily production of beds 0.097 kg; annual benefits produced are： three hospitals up to 576,000 yuan, 120,600 yuan of two hospitals, a hospital for the 13,725 yuan, average annual 123,390 yuan . Conclusions The establishment of a scientific and effective use recyclable disposable medical supplies management, can reduce environmental pollution, reducing disposal costs, increase economic efficiency.
