摘　　要：目的 探讨心理干预对患者行电子喉镜检查中的配合效果,以便为提高患者插镜检查的成功率提供参考.方法 对2013年8月至2014年1月在我科接受电子喉镜检查的100例患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,分为实验组和对照组,每组50例.对照组患者实施常规检查事项告知并配合宣教;实验组患者在常规检查告知及宣教的基础上,对患者再给予检查前、检查中及检查后的心理干预疏导;对两组患者干预后的疗效进行比较.结果 本研究显示,实验组大多数患者均能配合顺利完成电子喉镜的检查,在插镜顺利程度上,使一次性插镜成功率达98％,明显高于对照组60％的插镜成功率;其患者的紧张感和恐惧感明显低于对照组,且检查时所需的时间也少于对照组（P＜0.05）,病人不适感与心理应激反应较对照组明显减轻.结论 在患者行电子喉镜检查时进行心理干预,可明显减轻患者的心理负担,从而提高患者检查的依从性及插镜检查的成功率.Objective To explore the effect of psychological intervention on patients with electronic laryngoscope.Methods 100 patients with electronic laryngoscope in our department from August 2013 to January 2014 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,50 cases in each group.Control group received routine examination with health education,experimental group received psychological intervention on the basis of control group.Compared the effect of two groups.Result The one time inserting lens successful rate of experimental group was significantly higher that of control group （98% vs.60%）,with shorter inspection time and less discomfort.Conclusion Psychological intervention can reduce patients＆#39; psychological burden,improve the success rate of inspection,worthy of promotion.
