摘 要:电火花线切割加工工作液系统中产生的分解物主要有两类:一类是微米级的固体颗粒;另一类是亚微米级的悬浮物。目前纸质滤芯的过滤精度一般在5~7μm,只能过滤部分固体颗粒。将微孔过滤技术应用于以水基工作液为工作介质的线切割加工机床工作液系统中.能很好地解决工作液过滤难度大的问题.对于线切割加工中产生的固体颗粒和悬浮物都能起到过滤作用,过滤效果好。虽然该技术目前还不适用于油剂型的乳化液工作液系统,但在水基工作液系统的成功应用,为提升往复走丝电火花线切割机床工作液过滤系统的过滤效果提供了一个非常有效的途径。There are mainly two kinds of decomposition product generated by the WEDM working fluid system. One kind is few micron grade size solid particles,and the another is submieron suspension. The filtration precision of paper filter which could deal with only a part of solid particles generally is 5-7 microns. When microporous filtration technology is applied to WEDM working fluid system which uses water-based fluid as working fluid ,the problems of filtration difficulties of the working liquid is well solved. Both solid particles and suspended solids generated during wire cutting process can be filtered effectively and filtering effect is outstanding. Although ,the technology could not be applied to emulsion working fluid system currently,but it provides a very effective way to improve the filtering effect for reciprocating wire cutting machine working liquid filtration system with the successful application in water-based working fluid system.
