摘 要:电气化铁路建设中,新建铁路桥上接触网钢柱基础由桥梁施工单位进行预留,不合格现象时有发生。文章针对桥上接触网钢柱预留基础不合格情况的典型分类——中间柱预留成锚柱、锚柱预留成中间柱、预埋地脚螺栓不符合要求、预留硬横跨基础不对齐、预埋地脚螺栓遗漏或者没有热浸镀锌等,以简支T梁为例,提出由电气化施工单位进行整改时的相应解决方案。且整改方案以地脚螺栓或锚栓均满足接触网桥钢柱受力要求为前提。另建议桥梁施工时务必采用定位钢板,整改应由责任方进行,接触网设计时可统一预留桥钢柱基础的尺寸以及采取预防措施。In the electrified railway construction,the steel pole foundations for OCS on the new railway bridge are re-served by construction organization,but the unqualified cases happen occasionally.Aiming at various typical category of the cases,such as the anchor stud is reserved as middle stud,the embedded anchor bolts do not meet the requirements, the reserved portal structure foundations are not aligned,the embedded anchor bolts missing or not hot-dip galvanizing;taking simply supported T beam as an example,the author puts forward the corresponding rectification solutions for elec-trification construction organization.And the rectification solutions should be based on the premise of foundation bolt or anchor bolt meeting the stress requirements of OCS steel poles.The positioning steel plate is suggested to be used in the bridge construction and the rectification should be carried out by the responsible party.In addition,and the reserved steel poles foundation size can be unified for the OCS design,and the preventive measures should be taken.
