摘　　要：敦博58号文书为敦煌文献中最具文献价值和文物价值的文书之一。它反映的正是天宝元年户部计帐的基本信息。诸典籍关于唐代各州县数系年与户数系年问题,是学界多年来颇有争议的难题。依此,《通典·州郡门》所记州县建置的年代标准,并非"天宝初年"或"天宝元年",而应该是天宝七载或八载为基准;《旧唐书·地理志》是以唐末的行政区划为基准,甚至下延到了唐景福年间及其以后的州县,而其所谓的"天宝领县"也并非是天宝元年的县数,而应该是王鸣盛等前贤前后倡导的系天宝十一载地理或其后不久者;《新唐书·地理志》所记县数与县名也是唐中后期者;《通典·州郡门》所载户数并非开元二十九年数,应该也为天宝七载或八载数。《旧唐书·地理志》"天宝领户"与天宝领县数的系年也是一致的,为天宝十一载及其后不久者。《新唐书·地理志》州郡领户数与人口的系年除个别因传抄致误外,就是抄自《旧唐书·地理志》天宝领户数。Document in lion Book in which Zhou ： It is one of the most Dunhuang County Mus litera eum, ao first year.
