西汉至隋唐时期西河郡的变迁

摘　　要：西河郡,始置于西汉元朔四年(前125年),跨河而设,治平定县;东汉永和五年(140年)治所东徙离石,汉末扰攘,郡废;曹魏黄初二年(221年)复置西河郡,治离石,晋改曰西河国,永嘉乱离,国破;元魏太和八年(484年)再置西河郡,治隰城县,孝昌二年(526年)复为"胡贼"所破,有侨置西河郡出现;隋开皇三年(583年)郡废,大业三年(607年)重置;唐乾元元年(758年)更名汾州,西河郡名退出历史舞台。西河郡历经多次调整,由庞大的边郡变为狭小的内郡,由跨河而治变为偏治河东。两汉西河郡跨河而治为当政者对政区划分中犬牙交错原则之有意使用,魏晋以后跨河而治局面不再维系,主要原因在于民族关系的演化,而非两岸交通形势的恶化。Xihe County was set in the 4th year of Yuanshuo in Xihan Dynasty. l he capital mty of Xihe County moved from Pingding to Lishi in the 5th year of Yonghe in Donghan Dynasty. Xihe coun- ty was discarded in the end of Donghan Dynasty. Xihe county was set again in the 2nd year of Huang- chu in Caowei Dynasty,the captal is Lishi. Xijin Dynasty changed its name to Xihe country,which was repealed in Yongjia Rebellion. Xihe county was set again in the 8th year of Taihe in Yuanwei Dynasty. The capital city is Xicheng. It was destoryed by Northern Minorities in 2nd year of Xiaochang. In Sui Dynasty,Xihe county was discarded in 3rd year of Kaihuang, which was set again in 3rd year of Daye. Xihe county was renamed Fen zhou in the 1st year of Qianyuan in Tang dynasty. Since then, the name of Xihe county exited the stage of history. Xihe county changed many a time. When Xihe County was in frontier, its dimensionality was vast, across the Yellow river. When Xihe County was in Mainland, its dimensionality was small,its capital was in the east of the Yellow River. In order to maintain the rule of land, Rulers formed a jagged pattern in administrative division advisedly. In Caowei and Xijin Dynasty, the territory of Xihe county changed from large to small. The main reason was the evolution of Ethnic Relations, not because of the deterioration of the situation of cross-strait transportation.
