摘　　要：本文论述了常白型液晶模块实验室条件下的制备方法,并对各个工艺环节进行了研究,研究的重点在清洗、涂膜、摩擦、制盒、灌注工艺。在研究过程中对各个工艺的工艺环境、工艺参数进行了细致的研讨,同时对工艺中常见的问题进行了讨论,总结了问题处理方法。在模块制作完成后进行了透过率的测试,得到了透过率与偏振片夹角之间的关系。This paper discussed the methods of making a normally white LCM under laboratory conditions, and studied each process of it.Cleaning, coating, rubbing, cell making, injecting are the key processes.During the research we studied the process environment and parameters carefully; meanwhile we discussed the common problems during the process and summarized the method of solving them.There＇ s a transmittance test of the LCM after all processes, and we obtained the relationship between the polarizer angle and light transmittance.
