熥络宝治疗慢性盆腔炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察熥络宝治疗慢性盆腔炎的治疗效果。方法选择深圳市南山人民医院高新社区健康服务中心的慢性盆腔炎(伴随盆腔疼痛)患者77例,随机分组治疗组38例与对照组39例,治疗组予妇科千金胶囊口服,2粒/次,3次/d,连用14d,同时予妇康型熥络宝贴下腹,每次30min,2次/d,连用14d;对照组仅予妇科千金胶囊口服,2粒/次,3次/d,连用14d。随访3个月,对其治疗效果进行统计分析。结果治疗组30d后治愈率为73.7%,明显高于对照组的56.4%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组90d后治愈率为39.5%,高于对照组的15.4%,治疗组复发率为46.4%,低于对照组的72.7%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妇康型熥络宝辅助治疗慢性盆腔炎能显著改善治疗效果,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the effect of Tongluobao in treating the chronic pelvic inflammatory diseases. Methods 77 cases of patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease（ accompanied by pelvic pain）from the high-tech community health center of Shenzhen Nanshan People＆#39;s Hospital were selected. Then they were randomly divided into treatment group（38 cases）and control group（39 cases）. The treatment group was given Fuke Qianjin capsule（2 capsules,tid,14days） and Tongluobao posted in hypogastrium（0. 5h,bid,14 days）;The control group was given Fuke Qianjin capsule（2 capsules, tid,14days）lonely. Followed up for 3 months,the treatment effect was analyzed statistically. Results After 30 days,the cure rate of treatment group was 73. 7%,which was higher than 56. 4% of the control group,the difference was statistically signifi-cant（P〈0. 05）. After 90 days,the cure rate of treatment group was 39. 5%,which was higher than 15. 4% of the control group;the recurrence rate of treatment group was 46. 4%,which was lower than 72. 7% of the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Tongluobao can significantly improve the effect in the treatment of chro-nic pelvic inflammatory diseases in community,which is worthy of clinical application.
