氯沙坦钾片治疗高血压合并高尿酸血症的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的研究高血压伴高尿酸血症采用氯沙坦钾片的临床治疗效果。方法选取2012年3月—2014年1月在本院收治的患有高血压伴有高尿酸血症的患者100例,随机分为试验组和对照组,每组50例。对照组采用缬沙坦治疗,试验组采用氯沙坦钾片治疗,对两组临床治疗效果进行比较分析。结果试验组高血压临床治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组尿酸治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论氯沙坦钾片治疗高血压伴高尿酸血症患者可有效提高临床有效率,同时对肾脏起到保护作用。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Losartan potassium tablets treating hypertension with hyperuricemia. Methods 100 hypertension with hyperuricemia patients were admitted to our hospital from March 2012 to January 2014, were devided into experimental group and control group,50 cases of each group. Control group was treated with valsartan,and experimental group was treated with Losartan potassium tablets,clinical results of two groups were compared. Results The efficiency of hypertension treatment in experimental group was better than control group,the difference was statistically significant （ P﹤0. 05）. The level of serum uric acid in experimental group was better than control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P﹤0. 05 ）. Conclusion Losartan potassium tablets treating hypertension with hyperuricemia can effectively improve the treatment efficiency,while protect the kidneys.
