摘　　要：本文以原长沙23冶金机械厂改造为居住区项目为例，在最大限度的尊重原有工业遗存的基础上，对工业遗存与居住区结合的模式和结合的策略进行了探讨。This article based on the original Changsha 23 Metallurgical Machinery Plant into a residential project as an example,based on the maximum respect for the original industrial heritage, industrial heritage and residential areas based on the model and methodare discussed.
