摘　　要：研制了刀具自动检测分度装置,详细介绍了其工作原理及使用方法。该装置与相关机床配合,在加工盘状多齿聚晶金刚石刀具的过程中进行自动检测、分度操作,其分度、检测精度、检测结果的重复性及检测速度等均优于手动检测与分度,从而实现了关键工序的自动化,提高了此类刀具的加工效率与质量,在现代制造业中是一种性价比较高的选择。A kind of automatic detection dividing device for cutters is developed and its workingprinciple and using method are introduced in detail. Cooperating machine tool,this device doseautomaticly detection and dividing operation during processing the disc multi teeth PCD cutting tools,reference,detection accuracy,repeatability of test results and detection speed are better thanmanually,thus automatization of key procedures is realized ,the working efficiency and quality of thiskind of cutters are improved. This device provides the relatively high choice of cost performance inmodem manufacturing industry.
