摘　　要：介绍了智能型塑料注射机的研发目的和意义,简述了研发的难点和手段。通过智能技术的应用,实现了塑料注射机初始工艺参数的自动设置和成形过程的在线优化。研发成果已在工程实践中获得了应用。The purpose and meaning for research and development of intelligent plastic injectionmachines are introduced and some key technologies are described briefly. Determination of initialprocess parameters and optimization of the process parameters on-line are achieved with application ofintelligent technology. The research results have been applied in engineering practices.
