摘　　要：软件测试过程质量直接决定了测试质量,从而在一定程度上决定了软件质量。其间量化软件测试过程质量评价至关重要。描述了军用软件测试过程活动,分析了测试过程质量影响因素,构建了测试过程质量度量指标。实例应用证明,该评价方式可对量化测试过程质量提供有效支持。The testing process quality of the control software directly determines the testing quality, thus determining the software quality to some extent. The evaluation quantization of the software testing process quality is important. The military software testing process is described, influence factors of testing process quality are analyzed and the measurement index of the testing process quality is constructed. Examples prove that the evaluation method can effectively support the quantization of the testing process quality.
