舒利迭合并思力华治疗 COPD 肺心病患者的临床观察

摘　　要：目的：探讨舒利迭联合思力华治疗慢性阻塞性肺心病患者的临床效果。方法选择2012-2013年入我院进行治疗的56例中重度稳定器慢性阻塞性肺心病患者，随机分为试验组和对照组，每组患者28例，试验组采用舒利迭联合思力华治疗，对照组仅采用舒利迭治疗，治疗时间为3个月。在治疗前后观察记录两组患者临床症状、肺功能指数、血气分析结果并进行比较。结果在足疗程治疗后，试验组和对照组的患者临床症状均得到改善，试验组临床症状缓解率明显优于对照组患者；治疗后试验组和对照组患者的动脉血气分析结果均得到改善，两组患者在整个治疗期间无明显不良反应。结论采用舒利迭合并思力华治疗慢性阻塞性肺心病取得了较好的临床效果，且不良反应少，起效快，值得在临床中应用。Objective To investigate the joint Seretide Spiriva clinical effects of chronic obstructive pulmonary heart disease patients.Methods 2012 -2013 into the hospital for treatment of moderate to severe stabilizer patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary heart disease,56 cases were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,28 patients in each group,the experimental group using Seretide Spiriva joint treatment,the control group,only the use of Seretide treatment for 3 months.Before and after treatment groups were observed and recorded clinical symptoms,lung function indices,blood gas analysis and the results were compared.After the full course of treatment results in the test group and the control group of patients with clinical symptoms were improved,the test group of clinical symptoms was significantly better than the control group of patients;experimental group and a control group of patients with arterial blood gas a-nalysis results were improved after treatment,two groups of patients throughout the treatment period no significant adverse reactions.Conclusion Seretide Spiriva combined treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary heart disease achieved better clinical results and fewer side effects,rapid onset,worthy of clinical application.
