以急性脑血管病为表现的低血糖反应28例临床分析

摘　　要：目的：提高对低血糖所致神经系统损害的认识。方法回顾分析28例以急性脑血管病为首发症状的低血糖脑病病例临床表现、治疗及预后。结果28例患者头部影像学检查未发现责任病灶，血糖均＜2．8mmol /L，给予葡萄糖治疗后症状及体征均完全恢复。结论应提高对低血糖反应的认识，对有神经系统损伤者要及时检查血糖，提高低血糖的早期诊断，以免延误治疗。Objective To raise awareness of hypoglycemia -induced neurological damage.Methods Retrospective analysis of acute cerebrovascular disease as the first symptom of low blood sugar clinical manifestations of 28 cases of encephalopathy cases,treatment and prognosis.Results 28 patients with head imaging studies found no liability lesions,blood glucose 〈2.8mmol /L,glucose treatment given after symptoms and signs were fully restored.Conclusion hypoglycemia should raise awareness of neurological injury should promptly check blood sugar,improve the early diagnosis of low blood sugar,so as not to delay treatment.
