老年患者的心理特征及护理对策

摘　　要：目的：通过对老年患者临床观察、分析，研究心理特点及护理。方法对200例60岁以上老年患者进行常规护理外，同时为病人提供了良好的人文关怀及心理护理，帮助患者改善不良情绪，观察其效果。结果经过护士耐心护理，增加了安全感和亲切感，对护士产生信任感，能积极主动配合治疗及护理，其护理措施得当，效果满意。结论不健康的心理会影响老年患者的身心健康，应给予针对性护理措施。Objective Through to the elderly patients with clinical observation and analysis of psychological characteristics and nurs-ing research.Methods 200 cases of elderly patients over 60 routine nursing care,at the same time provides the patient with good humanistic care and psychological care,help patients improve bad mood,observe its effect.Results after the nurse patient care,and increases the securi-ty and kindness,sense of trust to the nurse,can actively cooperate with treatment and nursing,the nursing measures properly,the effect is sat-isfied.Conclusion unhealthy psychology will affect the physical and mental health of the elderly patients should give corresponding nursing measures.
