低碳经济视角下云南昆明市经济增长的研究

摘　　要：利用2005~2012年昆明市辖区相关数据,在低碳经济视角下探究了经济增长的问题,并运用面板数据混合回归的方法得出如下结论：劳动力的投入会加快低碳经济的发展步伐,而政府政策、居民容忍度都对低碳经济的发展起着非常关键的导向作用。对此,昆明市应注重劳动力投入,制定相关政策法规,促进企业低碳化发展,保障其合法利益诉求,同时企业应将低碳纳入发展规划。此外,还需培养居民低碳意识,降低其容忍程度。The economic growth is analyzed with the perspective of low-carbon economics and based on the data about Kunming from 2005 to 2012, the result with the panel mix regression method shows that labor investment will increase the pace of the low-carbon economic development and the government policies and the citizen＇s tolerance play a very key and guiding role in low-carbon economy development. Therefore, the labor investment should be paid more attention, the relevant policies should be formulated, the appeal of the legal interests should be protected and the low-carbon economic development should be planned by the enterprises. Furthermore, the public low-carbon awareness should be developed to lower their tolerance.
