摘　　要：目的:探讨藏医白脉疗法对脑卒中后遗症康复治疗的可能机制及临床应用情况。方法:采用传统文献分析的方法,分析当前脑卒中的临床治疗趋势,以及藏医白脉疗法的内涵及治疗特点。结果:藏医白脉疗法采用内外并治的方法,调节脑卒中患者体内"隆"失调的状态,临床疗效较好。结论:藏医"白脉疗法"符合当前脑卒中从整体论治的治疗思路,且简单易行,具有较好的临床应用价值。Objective：To study the possible mechanism and clinical application of Tibetan “Baimai” therapy for the reha-bilitative treatment of stroke sequela .Methods： Use the methods of traditional literature analysis , analyze the current trend of clinical treatment of cerebral apoplexy , and the connotation of Tibetan “Baimai” therapy and its treatment char-acteristics .Results： Tibetan “Baimai” therapy with inside and outside curative method regulated “Long” disorder in cerebral stroke patients ,and the clinical curative effect was better .Conclusion：Tibetan“Baimai” therapy is in line with the current stroke treatment from the overall situation .It has a good clinical application value .
