摘 要:目的:制备刺五加注射液小分子人工抗原,并对不同方法得到的人工抗原进行鉴定,为进一步探讨刺五加注射液的过敏反应物质基础及机制奠定基础。方法:以牛血清白蛋白(BSA)为载体蛋白,分别选择曼尼希法和物理孵育法制备刺五加注射液人工抗原,并采用紫外扫描及SDS-聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳进行鉴定。结果:经紫外扫描及SDS-聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳鉴定,曼尼希法与物理孵育法均可成功制备刺五加注射液人工抗原。结论:成功制备了刺五加注射液人工抗原,为课题组后续探讨刺五加注射液的过敏反应物质基础及机制奠定基础。Objective:Small molecules artificial antigen of Ci Wujia injection was prepared and identified to explore the Ci Wujia injection basis sensitized substance and sensitized mechanism .Methods:Bovine serum was chosen as a carrier protein.Mannich and physical methods were chosen to prepare small molecules artificial antigen of Ci Wujia injection , and UV scanning and SDS -PAGE were chosen to identify the artificial antigen .Results:Small molecules artificial anti-gen of Ci Wujia injection was successfully prepared after identification .Conclusion:The small molecules artificial anti-gen of Ci Wujia injection provide the basis for the Ci Wujia injection basis sensitized substance and sensitized mechanism for the further study .
