摘　　要：目的:分离制备藤黄中化学对照品新藤黄酸。方法:采用硅胶柱层析和制备液相色谱法进行分离、纯化,采用TLC、HPLC进行纯度鉴定,采用波谱法进行结构鉴定。结果:制备液相法制得新藤黄酸纯度高于98%,符合化学对照品的质量要求。结论:制备液相法制备化学对照品新藤黄酸工艺简单、快速有效,成本低于常规硅胶柱层析。Objective：To isolate and purify the Neogambogic acid （ NGA） from Gamboge .Methods：The NGA was separa-ted and purified with silica gel chromatographic method and preparative HPLC .The purity was analyzed by TLC and HPLC.The structure of the obtained compound was identified by ^1H-NMR and ^13C-NMR.Results：The TLC showed the NGA had no impurity spot .The HPLC indicated that its purity reached above 98%.Conclusion：The method of iso-lation and purification for NGA reported in this paper is simple and economical .
