加味参蛤散对缓解期哮喘患者Th1/Th2平衡及细胞因子水平的影响研究

摘　　要：目的:研究加味参蛤散治疗缓解期支气管哮喘的临床疗效及其对患者Th1/Th2免疫平衡和其部分细胞因子水平的影响。方法:88例支气管哮喘缓解期患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,分别给予口服加味参蛤散和沙美特罗替卡松粉吸入剂,均4周为1个疗程,连服3个疗程,3个月后观察两组患者临床疗效外周血Th1/Th2细胞表达水平。结果:治疗组临床总有效率高于对照组,治疗组治疗后血清Th1升高,Th2降低,Th1/Th2升高,且与对照组相比,有显著差异(P<0.01)。结论:加味参蛤散能够改善支气管哮喘患者Th1/Th2免疫失衡及炎症介质表达,治疗缓解期支气管哮喘的疗效显著。Objective：To explore the clinically curative effect of Jiawei shenha powder in the treatment of bronchial asthma in remission stage and its influence on patients with Th 1/Th2 immune balance and partial cytokines .Methods：Eighty-eight cases of bronchial asthma patients were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group .They were treated with Jiawei Shenha powder and Shah Mette Lo fluticasone propionate powder for inhalation therapy separately .A course of treatment was for four weeks and three courses were served .The clinically curative effect and peripheral blood Th1, Th2 cell, and the expression level were observed three months later .Results：The total effective rate in the treat-ment group was higher than that in the control group .After treatment the serum Th1 increased, Th2 decreased, Th1/Th2 increased .There was a significant difference compared with the control group （ P＆lt;0 .01 ） .Conclusion：Jiawei Shenha powder can improve the immune imbalance of Th 1/Th2 of bronchial asthma patients and the expression of inflammatory mediators.It is obviously effective in the treatment of bronchial asthma in remission stage .
