摘　　要：目的:探讨中医临床路径在湿疮病患者中的应用效果。方法:对40例湿疮病住院患者按照中医临床路径实施医疗和护理,并与对照组的40例从临床疗效分析、健康教育知识掌握情况、平均住院天数、住院费用以及综合满意度等方面进行比较。结果:中医临床路径组(试验组)患者的临床皮损改善状况、健康教育知识掌握情况、住院天数、住院费用、患者满意度均明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:中医临床路径作为一种医疗护理工作新模式,可以提高医疗护理质量和工作效率,减少患者的住院天数,降低住院费用,提升患者满意度。Objective：To discuss the applied effect of clinical path of traditional Chinese medicine in eczema patients . Methods：40 hospitalized patients who suffered from eczema were conducted with medical and nursing programs accord -ing to the clinical path of traditional Chinese medicine as the test group , and the other 40 patients were conducted with nursing of traditional scheme as the control group , then judge the curative effect according to the clinical analysis , grasp situation of health educational knowledge , average hospitalization days , hospitalization expenses and comprehensive sat-isfaction, etc.Results：Various aspects of patients in TCM clinical path group （test group） were all better than those in the control group （P〈0.01）.Conclusion：TCM clinical path,as a new model of medical and nursing work , can im-prove the quality of medical care and work efficiency , reduce the number of days of hospitalized patients , reduce the cost of hospitalization and improve satisfaction among patients .
