摘　　要：介绍了监控视频监控应用知识库的设计依据并构建相关的模型,建立视频解析框架。然后参照W3C制订的本体建模方法,采用TTL语言作为本体建模描述的语言,建立了视频结构化描述标注模型,描述了标注对象的层次,列出了标注词汇表并规定了标注模型的数据交换格式。The paper introduces the design basis of knowledge base on monitoring video monitoring application, build related model and established video analytic framework. Then referring to the ontology modeling method of W3C, using TTL language as ontology modeling description language,tagging video structural description model is astablished,the level of the annotation object is dascribed,lising the markup vocabulary and specifies labeling model of data exchange format.
