摘　　要：下一代网络发展的关键在于快速、有效地开发和部署创造性的、可盈利的新业务。作为新一代业务支撑环境中的核心功能实体——业务执行环境(SLEE)必须具备完善的操作管理维护(OAM)功能,以保证系统的高可用性和良好的可管理性。通过对SLEE系统的OAM要求进行详细的分析,在明确了管理功能需求的基础上,本文提出了一种基于CORBA的分布式管理系统模型。从系统设计的角度上将SLEE管理系统划分为四大功能模块:管理核心模块、管理代理模块、客户端模块和SNMP/CORBA网关,详细说明各个功能模块的功能,并总结出系统设计方面的优点。The key promise of Next Generation Network （ NGN ）lies in the ability to develop and deploy innovative and lucrative services rapidly and efficiently. As the core of new generation service support environment, Service Logic Execution Environment （ SLEE ） itself requires perfect OA＆M （ Operation, Administration ＆ Maintenance ） function to ensure high availability and manageability of the system. According to analyzing thoroughly OA＆M requirements of SLEE system, on the basis of making clear the requirements of the system management function, a distributed CORBA based management system model is put forward which is divided into four functional modules from the system designing perspective ： management kernel module, manager agent module, client module and SNMP/CORBA gateway, then a detailed function account is given of each functional module and the system designing merits are summarized as well.
