摘　　要：随着3G网络的大规模部署,3G网络在带宽上的优势大大激发了移动互联网类业务的蓬勃发展,中国联通作为同时拥有WCDMA/GSM网络和固网的运营商,如何充分发挥移动网络和固网的优势,提供有竞争力的差异化融合业务,是中国联通面临的首要问题之一。本文重点以I-WLAN融合方案为基础,提出了相应的融合实施方案、网络组织架构以及安全策略等方面的建议。Along with the large-scale deployment of 3G network, its advantage in bandwidth greatly stimulates development of the mobile network market. China Unicom as an ISP which owns the WCDMA/GSM network and fixed network faces some major issues in taking advantage of the mobile network and providing competitive differentiation services. This paper which bases on the integration of I-WLAN has provided a solution to implement the integration plan and some suggestions about the structure of network and security policy.
