高职新生报到管理系统的分析和设计

摘　　要：针对历年学院新生报到人数不确定、现场秩序混乱、手工办公速度慢、各部门之间数据不一致等若干问题,在全面调研同类院校类似问题处理方法的基础上,综合分析出现的原因和发展趋势,提出"一站式"报到流程及八大系统模块:招就处模块、教务处模块、总务处模块、财务处模块、保卫处模块、系部注册模块、公共模块和系统维护管理模块,并对新生报到功能模块进行分析和设计。There were some problems arisen from the registration of freshmen enrollment in the past years, for instance, the uncertain number of registered freshmen, disordered enrollment office, the inefficient handwork of registration procedures and the inconsistent data from different departments. In order to solve these problems, based on the investigation of the freshmen registration in other colleges and the analysis of the reasons of these problems and the new trend of freshmen registration, we have put forward the one-stop freshmen registration model which includes eight modules, namely, the Recruitment and Employment Office module, the Teaching Affairs Orifice module, the General Affairs Office module, the Finance Department module, the Security Office module, departments module, the public module and the system maintenance and management module. Meanwhile, the freshmen registration module is also analyzed and designed in this paper.
