摘  要:采用控电位氯化浸出脱砷铅阳极泥,重点考察了氯化钠用量、初始酸度、液固比、浸出温度、浸出时间对脱铋率和脱铜率的影响。结果表明,在氯化钠用量为理论量的1.6倍、盐酸浓度1.2mol/L、液固比3∶1、50℃浸出2h的条件下,铋和铜的浸出率分别达到90%和80%以上。Arsenic removal lead anode slime was chlorination leached at controlled potential.The effects of NaCl dosage,initial acidity,ratio of liquid to solid,leaching temperature and time on copper and bismuth removing rate were investigated.The results show that the leaching rate of copper and bismuth is 80 % and 90% above respectively under the optimum conditions including NaCl dosage of 1.6 times of theoretical dosage,initial concentration of hydrochloric acid of 10.2 mol/L,ratio of liquid to solid of 3 ∶ 1,leaching temperature of 50 ℃,and leaching duration of 2 h.
