碱溶法从锂云母中提取锂转化部分工艺研究

摘　　要：研究了碱溶法从锂云母中提取锂的转化工艺。结果表明,将锂云母粉与浓度为50%的氢氧化钠溶液,按3.5∶1的液固比,在190℃的耐压反应釜中反应4h,锂的转化率可达98%以上。Transformation technology to extract lithium from lepidolite by alkali dissolution was investigated.The results show that conversion rate of lepidolite is 98％ above under the optimum conditions including concentration of sodium hydroxide solution of 50％,reaction temperature of 190 ℃,ratio of liquid to solid of 3.5∶1,and reaction time of 4 h.
