摘 要:机载吊舱是一种能够显著提高飞机作战性能的光电探测与对抗设备。环控系统作为吊舱的重要组成部分,是吊舱设计的重点和难点之一。介绍了一种吊舱环控系统稳态工作性能的分析方法,给出了吊舱内外温差计算公式和不同飞行高度上允许的最低和最高飞行速度的计算公式,结合某光电吊舱环控系统分析实例,对该方法进行了理论计算与仿真验证。验证表明,该方法能够有效指导环控系统的设计,可广泛应用于吊舱环控系统设计与评估。The airborne pod is a kind of airborne optical-electronic detection and countermeasure equipment, which can observably improve the airplane's operational performance in combat. The environmental control system is an important part of the pod, which design is difficult and very important for the pod design. A method for working performance analysis of the environmental control system was presented. Acoording to the method, we obtained the formula for calculating the temperature difference between inside and outside of the pod, and that for calculating the mininum and the maximum speed permissible for different altitudes. This method was certified by theoretic can be taken as a good reference analysis and simulation with an example of an optical-electronic pod, which for the design of an environmental control system.
