摘  要:以高砷锌烟灰硫酸化焙烧得到的焙砂为原料,考察浸出方式、温度、硫酸浓度、液固比对焙砂中铟、锗、锌浸出的影响。结果表明,焙砂中的锌在水浸时几乎全部浸出,但铟和锗的浸出需要较高的温度和酸度。铟、锗浸出的最佳条件为:温度95℃,硫酸浓度150g/L,液固比对浸出基本没有影响。在此条件下,铟、锗、锌的浸出率分别在95%、75%、98%以上。Generated from arsenic rich zinc dust by sulfation roasting process, calcine was applied as raw material to investigate effects of leaching methods, temperature, H2 SO4 concentration and ratio of liquid to solid (L/S) on leaching of indium, germanium and zinc, respectively. The results show that most of zinc in calcining can be leached with water, but higher temperature and H2SO4 concentration are in need to leach indium and germanium. The optimum leaching conditions for indium and germanium include temperature of 95 ℃ and H2SO4 concentration of 150 g/L, with no effect of L/S on leaching. Under these conditions, leaching rate of indium, germanium and zinc are 〉95%, 〉75%, and 〉98%, respectively.
