北疆少数民族地区农村基础设施配置关键技术研究——以内蒙古乌兰浩特市乌兰哈达镇民生试点村为例

摘　　要：以农村公共基础设施配置的关键技术为主要研究内容,以乌兰浩特市乌兰哈达镇民生村为试点村,针对北疆少数民族地区农村的经济发展水平和生产生活方式,提出基础设施配置标准、模式、简明适用技术和投融资建议,为政府决策提供科学依据,为农村的发展和农民福利的提高提供技术支持,具有重要的理论意义和实践指导意义.It is proposed that Minsheng Cun, a village in the ethnic minority areas in Hada Town of Ulanhot, is then showed as a pilot project. According to its economic development and the level of production, as well as the life style, the infrastructure configuration standards, mode, applicable technology and financing advice, which may provide scientific basis for the government decision making, are suggested in the paper. And it can also provide technical support for rural development and improve the welfare of farmers. It is hoped that this paper has the important theoretical and practical significant value.
