齿状纹石藻的生物学特征初步研究

摘　　要：研究了齿状纹石藻(Pleurochrysis dentata)的室内一次性培养特征、运动方式和繁殖方式等基本生物学特征。结果表明:齿状纹石藻室内一次培养过程中培养液颜色发生明显规律性变化,由指数期的黄褐色逐渐变为衰亡期的乳白色;齿状纹石藻的运动方式为旋转式运动或前进;无性繁殖方式为产生似亲孢子。齿状纹石藻的生物学特征是研究其生态学及对其进行有效调控的重要基础。Pleurochrysis dentata is a new record species of red tide algae in China. Batch culture characteristics, moveme.qt modes and reproduction modes were investigated in the paper. The results show that obvious regular changes of the medium color during batch culture were observed, that is, brown in exponential phase while milky white in decline phase, and two colors belong to cell itself and the calcium shells separately. The movement mode is revolving swimming and the asexual reproduction mode is producing autospore. Biological characteristics of P dentata are important foundation for its study on ecology and the effective controlment.
