摘　　要：我国奶牛养殖已经进入现代化阶段,奶牛养殖现代化的标志是规模化经营、标准化建设、设施化装备、机械化操作、精细化管理、资源化利用,并且实现奶牛养殖的健康高产、有序生产、牛奶优质安全、生态环境美好、经营可持续发展。为实现这一目标,构建完善的技术管理体系是必然需求。目前这方面的系统报道甚少。本文对奶牛养殖场目前的生产技术管理现状和未来需求状况进行了梳理,提出了构建奶牛场技术管理体系的一些设想,以期为提升奶牛场的现代经营管理水平提供参考。Chinese dairy industry has entered the modem era, the characteristics of modem dairy industry include running on large-scale, standardized construction, equipment with facilities, machinery operation, extensive management and resource utilization, which can get dairy herd in healthy and high production, practice in order, milk in high quality and safety, better ecological environment, running in recycle and sustainable. In order to obtain this goal, the perfect technical management systems need to be set up. However, at present, there has been few reports to review how to establish the technical management system of mordem dairy farm. In this paper, the current problems and future demands of dairy farm feeding and management system are combed and some suggestions for the construction of dairy technology management systems are put forward, which may provide references for enhancing the modem management levels of dairy farm.
