摘　　要：在阐述RIK90-4型压缩机的结构、设计参数的基础上,针对RIK90-4型压缩机存在的故障现象,对造成压缩机排气量小和喘振的原因进行全面分析,并提出相应的处理措施。实践表明,实施相应措施,处理故障后,确保了设备的稳定运行。This paper briefly expounds the strueture, design parameters of RIK90-4 compressor, and introduces theexisting fauh phenomena. Based on the causes of the small flow and surge, it conducts a comprehensive analysis, andputs fin＇wards corresponding measures to ensure the stable operation of the equipment.
