摘 要:全球老龄化现象的出现促使"积极老龄化"理念的提出,而这一理念要得到实施,首先需要从根本上改善老年群体的健康状况,提高其生活质量。绵缓运动蕴含了悠久的中华传统文化,综合了导引、太极和武舞3种运动形式,具有动作舒缓、运动强度可控、场地要求不高等诸多优点,较为适合老年人群习练。深入探讨绵缓运动在改善老年人身心健康、增加老年人群社会融合度、促进老龄化社会和谐发展等多方面的价值,有助于该项运动的推广,为"积极老龄化"社会的建设做出应有的贡献。The emergence of global ageing phenomenon impels people to put forward the concept of "active aging" . The idea can be implemented unless the old peopleg health and quality of life need to be improved fundamentally. Studies show that continuous slow movement is more suitable for the elderly because it contains a long traditional Chinese culture, a combination of direct, tai chi and martial dance and a lot of advantages which include the characteristics of slowing, exercise intensity controlling and lower space requirements. Deep discussion of the value of continuous slow movement in improving the elderly physical and mental health, increasing elderly social alignment and promoting the harmonious development of aging society helps to popularize the sport and make a contribution to the construction of "active aging" society .
