流动注射分析水中挥发酚、氰化物及阴离子合成洗涤剂

摘　　要：目的 建立流动注射测定水中挥发酚、氰化物和阴离子合成洗涤剂的分析方法。方法 利用流动注射分析技术,在线蒸馏、萃取,分析水中挥发酚、氰化物和阴离子合成洗涤剂。结果 流动注射分析方法测定水中挥发酚、氰化物和阴离子合成洗涤剂的检出限分别为1.5、0.6和4.5μg/L,样品加标回收率为96.0%~104.0%,相对标准偏差RSD2.11%~3.12%。结论 流动注射分析方法与国标比色法相比具有检出限低,精密度好,准确度高等优点。Objective To establish a flow injection analysis method for determination of volatile phenol,cyanide and the anion synthetic detergent in water. Methods Using flow injection analysis technology, distillation, extraction, analysis of volatile phenol,cyanide and the anion synthetic detergent in water. Results Flow injection analysis method for determi nation of volatile phenol,cyanide and the anion synthetic detergent in water of detection limit were 1.5 μg/L, 0.6 μg/L and 4.5μg/L, sample standard addition recovery rate was 96.0 %-104.0 %, relative standard deviation RSD was 2.11%- 3.12%. Conclusion Flow injection analysis method compared with the national standard colorimetric method has low detection limit, good precision, high accuracy, etc.
