摘 要:目的:探讨临床健康教育对提高护理人员专业知识和技能的价值。方法:选取内科4个病区护理人员48人作为考核研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组各24人。对照组为值轮班和其他护理人员,观察组为病房责任护理人员,对两组进行量化评分。结果:观察组在理论知识、操作能力、沟通能力、满意度、专业认可度方面得分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:临床健康教育不仅是对患者及家属单方面受益,同时对临床护理人员更是产生了多方面的积极影响。Objective: To investigate the effects of hospital health education for nursing staff. Methods: 48 nurses had been elected from 4 sections of the department of internal medicine as the research subjects,and had been randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 24 in each. There had been shift and other nurses in the control group,ward nursing staff in charge in the observation group. Two groups had been evaluated by quantitative scores. Results: The observation group got higher scores in theory knowledge,skills,communication skills,satisfaction,professional recognition than the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: Hospital health education is not only beneficial to patients and their families,but also has a positive influence on the nursing staff in many aspects.
